I have tried going to the "Enhancements" tab of the speaker properties and unchecking everything, but it doesn't seem to work. Plugging in my earpiece doesn't change this either, it still increases the volume by itself after pausing & unpausing whatever audio I am playing. On my laptop, not just Youtube, meaning that even applications like Spotify or VLC media player are affected. For example, I would be watching a video on Youtube, then after pausing and unpausing, the volume is suddenly much louder than before.
